Your adviser has probably asked you for some documents. The documents get you the mortgage, so this part of our assessment is super important. You don’t have to provide any documents to us in to be given a mortgage recommendation but having the documents on file will aid the research your adviser undertakes. We will require documents to support the application when it’s time to apply to the lender, your mortgage adviser will let you know exactly what’s needed and in what format.
After your first appointment you’ll be invited to login to our portal. We use the portal simply because it’s ultra-secure, in fact it’s got military grade encryption… so you know it’s good. You will be notified whenever a document has been added to the portal by us, likewise your adviser will be notified as soon as you add a document to the portal. You also have the option to complete some of the fact find questions within the portal if you wish, we’ll go through the fact find over the phone however we do recommend completing the ‘Budget Planner’ section before your fact find call as it can save a lot of time.

Our typical fee is £450 and only paid when your offer is produced. This means that if we’re unsuccessful in getting you the mortgage you won’t pay a fee, giving you the confidence you need from a broker.
